head. >> they said he was faking because he didn't want to go to trial. that is not true. he was handcuffed and suffered and he died. we want these officers fired. we want them arrested and we want them convicted. if it was a normal citizen that committed homicide, they would be behind bars. >> the officers have been suspended. anderson's family said they will file a wrongful death sentence against the police. >> a woman was abducted on monday. police say kenyon waller and william campbell pulled up alongside the victim and forster inside the vehicle. then they assaulted her.

police say campbell is also responsible for an adoption of a woman in that area last tuesday. >> we believe these cases are connected. the pattern is almost identical. both victims were accosted in virtually the same place. they had both gone off at the same bus stop at were forced into a ford suv. the descriptions of the vehicle are the same in both cases. >> both are being held without bail. a 17-year-old is charged in the stabbing of someone at a high school. he was arrested on first-degree murder for the attacks on monday morning. >> a reprieve saves a fire engine company from the chopping block. jennifer franciotti joins us live with details on how trucked

that is our best advice. take it slow. one problem along harford road. it is closed near 152 because of a downed tree. 64 on southbound 83. 50 and southbound 95 towards the toll plaza. moving well at the harbor tunnel tolls. eight minutes down to the 83's. about 10 minutes south on 95 from the beltway down towards 32. here's a quick, live look at traffic. here's a look at the fog. still moving well down towards the west side of the beltway. 70 is doing well in terms of fog. you'll find some have the fog in areas. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11.

cosmetic surgery is expanding. state health officials shut down the center after three patients contracted infections and one person died. the company has locations in other states. they are joining with maryland officials to investigate. right now no additional maryland cases have been identified. >> charges are pending against a man after more than 40 animals were seized from his pasadena home. there was an anonymous tip that he was not taking care of the animals. the rescue animals were well taken care of. officials were called to the home back in august and removed

raccoons and skunks. >> most of the animals did not have access to fresh food or water. for those that did have access to water, it was not palatable water. >> tonight neglect them -- did i neglect them? no. my neighbors would tell you they have seen it all day long taking care of the animals. >> we're told the confiscated animals are being placed in new homes. >> it is recommended that towson cut their soccer and baseball teams. the school and athletic director said the plant is to reconfigure the entire athletics department and reinstating the tennis program. the changes could save the

been neglected or abused. thehere with the ceo of children's home. this is a neat event. how many residents do you have? >> about 55 residents. >> they do stay up to about a year. >> we operate about three different programs on the campus. we have a program for boys and girls. we do long term group home. we have a diagnostic program just for girls. >> the main goal is to get them out reunited with their families. >> we try to provide a nurturing environment, working with our case manager and our staff to help the kids rebound from some of the troubled situations in their family.

all tamale will lay the kids to return home to their families. >> you have a big event coming up. you will be doing a silent auction. >> this is our signature event. this is an event we created about five or six years ago. we want the committee to identify the face of our children through some of what they have been through. they create this artwork as an expression of what has happened to them. this is the way they express their emotions. they are creative and talented. this work will be auctioned off at this event. >> they can be a place to hang your keys or a coat or jacket. this our work will be auctioned off on october 17.
